Booking Rules
- Squash courts can be booked 7 days in advance, and tennis can be booked 14 days in advance. The new booking sheets become available at 6.30 am on the day when booking squash 7 days in advance or tennis 14 days in advance.
- Members should select their playing partner / opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
- Booking restrictions:
- Squash:
- Maximum 120 minutes per member per day when booking in advance, more can be booked on same day playing.
- Tennis:
- Maximum 120 minutes advance tennis bookings per member, more can be booked on same day playing.
- Tennis guests are not allowed to book courts.
- Squash:
- There are no tennis court booking fees.
- Squash court booking fees per 30 minutes:
- £3 per 30 minutes at peak times
- £2 per 30 minutes at off-peak times
- Peak times:
- Monday - Friday from 5 pm onwards
- All other times are off-peak.
- Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court
- You can purchase credit (£5 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe.
- Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit when logged into the court booking system website. On the day playing, each member will receive a Booking Reminder email message which, for the "playing partner(s) / opponent(s)", contains a link to facilitate sharing the cost of the booking fee paid by the member who booked the court.
- Late-Cancellation Policy:
- When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
- Squash:
- The booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit only when the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior.
- There is no refund when the booking is cancelled within 24 hours, unless the same court and start time is re-booked -- in this case the booking fee is automatically refunded.
- Tennis:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of start time are logged as late-cancellations.
- Tennis guests are not allowed to book courts.
