Tennis Court Maintenance Wednesday

Dear [[firstname]]

Our contractors have told us they will be carrying out tennis court maintenance this Wednesday morning which will involve adding more artificial clay to the courts.

The works should be completed by 1.30pm but the courts will not be available for play until then.

Apologies for the short notice and any inconvenience.

Whilst on the subject, please continue to brush the courts after use, even if it doesn't look like it makes much difference to the surface clay, as brushing the courts keeps the pile of the underlying carpet in good condition. If the pile doesn't get brushed it will start to fail and trap water and the courts will deteriorate.
