AGM notice

Good morning and happy new year!

Walthamstow cricket section will be holding our AGM on 29 January 2024 at 7:30pm in the hall at the clubhouse. This is your opportunity to stand for, and vote on, appointments of team captains and committee roles. It's also your opportunity to raise any questions or concerns.

If you would like to stand for any of the below positions please reply to Fred at f.blassberg@hotmail.com by 24 January. To stand for a role you will need to be a member of the club and will need to have your nomination supported by a seconder, who also needs to be a member.

Please find attached an updated Clubmark safeguarding policy issued by the ECB. This has been agreed to be the existing club committee. If anyone has any questions or comments these can be raised at the AGM.

An agenda for the meeting will be shared closer to the AGM.

Please try and make time to attend the meeting - it's an important to chance to have your say on how the club is run. I look forward to seeing you there.
